Labor Day 2016

It was a quiet, cool and windy weekend for us on Labor Day this year. Things are starting to wind down in town. Karlton and Livi came up Friday night and Saturday.  The boys went for a dirt bike ride on Saturday while the girls hung out at the cabin, took Livi to the park, played a little bit on the beach, and hung out at the cabin.  Kori went home for part of the time so Wes and I ate dinner Saturday night with the Wengers and then went to Garden City church on Sunday.

Thompson Family Reunion photo 2016!  We are missing Clint, but the rest of us were there.  Isn't Livi darling? Well, and the rest of all y'all are pretty cute too.  I love us!

Thompson Reunion

We had a lovely time once again at our Thompson reunion!  Aunt Michelle was able to come all week, and cousin Cassie came for a day.  We had beautiful weather and pretty decent water which felt good since the sunshine was hot. We celebrated Clint's birthday on Wednesday without him.  We missed him all week.  We've actually been missing him all summer, but especially on his birthday.  We celebrated for him with morning waffles, LaBeau's shakes, and Hairspray at Pickleville.  Livi had so much fun in the sand and "wa-wa." I didn't take as many photos as usual. I let Kori have at it with her photo and videography skills and making us a family music video of our week.  But here are a few that I took.  Thanks everyone for a really awesome time, once again!

Barneys At The Lake

The Barneys came to see us for a few days!  Korban and Preston had a ball! We visited the Paris Tabernacle, Paris Ice Cave, and of course, boated and played on the beach.  Sonia and Jason even dutch ovened for us, yum!
