Fossils, Firearms, Friends, Food And Fun!

It's always a delightful time with this crew, and this summer weekend was no exception. Wes and I headed up a day early and we sailed a little bit despite no wind. We had to paddle ourselves back in to shore, ha ha! Saturday we went boating in the morning and successfully got Kathy, Scott and Sandra up on skis, yay!! Curtis and I failed due to pulling some leg muscles. We decided we must be weighted down by our church callings right now!! :) Our afternoon was spent looking for algal ball fossils (Susan was in geology heaven), shooting guns (we had only nine total guns with us, ha ha! What's better than guns?), and we even saw a legit Mormon Cricket! Mormonus Cricketahnus?? We rounded out the weekend with an overabundance of food, original Scott pots, games, a puzzle, the Captain and Tenille, and good talk. Thanks friends!
